2.1. TrackerJoy is an EU business intelligence SaaS platform that monitors publicly available online information about specified business entities and provides insights on their operations, market presence, and key performance indicators.
2.2. The Service is intended for internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written consent from TrackerJoy.
2.3. While we aim to provide continuous service, downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
You must maintain the security of your account credentials. TrackerJoy is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, including copyright or trademark infringement.
You must provide valid information (e.g., name, email) and keep it up to date.
Automated account creation or usage (e.g., bots) is prohibited.
You must not misuse the Service or disrupt its functionality (e.g., attempting to overload or interfere with service performance).
You must have any necessary legal rights or consents to collect and process competitor data using TrackerJoy.
The Service collects publicly available information on specified competitors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of competitor data aligns with applicable laws and regulations (including data protection requirements).
TrackerJoy may use aggregated or anonymized data for analytics, research, and service improvements.
All intellectual property rights in TrackerJoy (including software, branding, and content) are owned by YLEMBYTES SRL.
You may not duplicate, copy, modify, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or its content without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
TrackerJoy's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Before initiating legal action, parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

You can cancel your account at any time through the Service's account settings or by contacting us at contact@trackerjoy.com.
After cancellation, you will have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle, and limited access to the Service after that.
8.3.1 You account and data will not be deleted automatically after subscription cancellation.
8.3.2 Upon request, we will also delete your account and data. Please submit requests to contact@trackerjoy.com.
TrackerJoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms or if your activities disrupt or pose a risk to the Service.
9.1. We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the website.
9.2. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the EU, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights under these Terms without TrackerJoy's prior written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms do not create rights enforceable by any third party unless explicitly stated.
